UF ECC employs full-time early childhood teachers. We seek well-trained, knowledgeable, compassionate educators committed to providing exceptional care and early education to young children. UF ECC also hires recent graduates in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Child and Family Studies, and related fields who have demonstrated the potential to develop into top quality childcare and early education professionals.
On a daily basis, UF ECC teachers interact with children with a wide range of native languages, cultures, capabilities, and challenges. UF ECC teachers engage in the development and implementation of curriculum, teaching methodology, training, research, writing and presentations to others in the early childhood field.
