Baby Gator has partnered with NCFAEYC to provide an American Sign Language three-part series with Keri Stacey. The event was open to the community and early childhood professionals were encouraged to come and learn cutting edge strategies to take back to the classroom. Baby Gator donated the Diamond Village training room, and Lake Alice to be used for the workshops. Session 1 of the three-part series was a success. Workshop participants were introduced to what American Sign Language is, the benefits of using ASL in the classroom, and more than 75 beginning signs. 14 people participated in the first session including some of our very own Baby Gator staff.

If you are interested in a future session, all classes will be held at Baby Gator at Lake Alice from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

The cost of each individual class is $10.00.
